Low Cost Therapy
Care Cope Heal is a trauma-informed mental health practice located in Fairburn, GA, proudly serving the Greater South Fulton area.
At CCH, we recognize that healing from trauma requires compassionate, culturally responsive care that honors each client’s lived experience. We believe therapy is a vital part of whole-person wellness—and that access to quality mental health support should never be a barrier to healing.
Understanding that financial concerns can sometimes prevent individuals from seeking care, we've developed a trauma-informed training program to expand access. Through this program, clients can receive comprehensive therapy services at a reduced rate from supervised clinicians-in-training who are being guided in trauma-informed best practices. This initiative allows us to meet more community members where they are, ensuring treatment remains accessible, respectful, and rooted in healing.
What is the training program?
Our Care Cope Heal Training Program is designed to support the professional development of Master of Social Work (MSW) interns as they complete their clinical education. Much like a medical residency, MSW students are required to gain hands-on experience providing therapy to clients as part of their path toward graduation and eventual licensure.
At Care Cope Heal, interns receive extensive training rooted in trauma-informed care, cultural humility, and evidence-based practices. All clinical work is conducted under the direct supervision of a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), in addition to oversight provided by the intern’s academic institution. This ensures that clients receive high-quality care while supporting the growth of future trauma-informed clinicians.
How much are sessions?
Each session is $35 dollars payable by cash, debit or credit card.
What happens after I’m matched with a student therapist?
Once you're matched with a student therapist at Care Cope Heal, your first session will focus on understanding your unique story, current stress levels, and goals for therapy. This trauma-informed assessment helps us honor where you are in your healing journey and identify the support you need.
Based on this conversation, your student therapist—under the supervision of a licensed clinician—will recommend a session frequency that best supports your emotional well-being and therapeutic goals.

Will I be able to choose my therapist?
Possibly. At Care Cope Heal, we believe in the importance of feeling comfortable and supported in the therapeutic relationship. If you’ve connected with one of our student therapists and request to work with them, we’ll do our best to honor that preference—based on their availability and clinical capacity.
If you don’t have a specific therapist in mind, no worries. We’ll thoughtfully match you with a student therapist whose schedule, training, and therapeutic approach best align with your needs and goals for healing.
